Dispense a generous amount of shampoo into wet hands Rub hands together to create a foam, and lather into the scalp Once fully cleansed, rinse off with lukewarm water. If needed, shampoo again to double-cleanse your scalp and rinse off. Follow up with the conditioner of your choice
