First of all, the texture is silky perfection making the process a lovely experience to look forward to as the 1st step in a double cleanse. I also love that it's fragrance free. It removes face makeup, sunscreen and dirt perfectly, but I find myself really having to work to remove waterproof mascara and at times leaves a bit of a racoon-eye situation after.
